I am writing to you with nothing but absolute praise for Chris, Georgia and Steve who have looked after myself and Luke whilst moving into the site at Sunnyside. Georgia has always been very helpful and always willing to help us out even if she is not obliged to do so. She has been our sales rep from the start and could not have asked for anyone better to help us through the process of moving into our beautiful home. Georgia went above and beyond to make sure our house met our satisfaction. Steve has been nothing but helpful since we have moved into our house. He is very approachable and always goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and happy with our home, he will always say hello whenever he sees us, and that makes us feel very welcoming. Where do I start with Chris, he has been an absolute diamond. Chris has got to be one of the most professional and most approachable site managers we have ever had to deal with. From the first day we viewed our property he was so helpful and understanding with any questions we had, also on the day we moved into the property he made sure we were ok throughout the day. He has made us feel like we are a top priority with any issues we have had, and he never forgets or shies away from anything we ask of him, he is an absolute asset to your management team. I would also like to say a big thank you to all the construction works that have built our house, the house is beautiful and we could not be happier with the finished product. Once again thank you for your time. You have a wonderful team from management to sales at owl homes; I would highly recommend them.
