My partner and I completed on our new property in November 2020 and I just wanted to pass on my thanks to all of those involved and to express how delighted we are. The standard of our home truly exceeds our initial expectations and we honestly couldn't be happier. We have had various workmen in over the last few months to fit carpet, blinds, wardrobes etc and all have commented how gorgeous the site is and what a high standard the houses are. It's so lovely to hear. The customer care we have received has been outstanding and we cannot thank Kris and Steve enough. From initial site visits until now when our final snags are being completed. They are both so friendly and helpful and a credit to the team at Owl. We are first time buyers and although I work in the property sector, buying your first home, during a pandemic can be very stressful! Owl homes have taken away this stress and it has been such a smooth process from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Owl enough!!
