Dave Morris

Owner

Dave is the man behind Owl Homes, establishing the company in 2015 as Commercial Director. Having started his career as a trainee Quantity Surveyor for Bloor Homes, Dave went onto become Commercial Manager at Bellway, before realising his dream of creating his own reputable brand with Owl Homes.

It’s important to Dave to be part of a team that can be proud of the homes they have built and he’s working hard to ensure Owl is known both regionally and nationally as a builder of quality new homes.

Chris Loizou

Land and Partnerships Director

Chris joined Owl Homes in August 2019 as Land and Partnerships Director, having entered the Housebuilding Industry back in 2004 as a Graduate Trainee at Barratt Homes, West Midlands. He is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor in Planning and Development.

Chris is currently looking to lead and grow a new Owl Partnerships division, delivering mixed tenure housing solutions to Registered Providers throughout the Midlands. So, watch this space!
