Now the completion has gone through I thought I'd drop a quick note. I saw my new home properly for the first time on Saturday, and it truly is a beautiful house, so first I want to say thank you to Owl Homes. It is everything I wanted and more in a new home. I have a huge thank you for Sheila, who has helped me every step of the way, her understanding of me being vulnerable in these unprecedented times has been outstanding, to say the least. She has helped me choose the colour scheme for my house and gave me the best advice. Between us, she helped me choose the floor, kitchen and tiles, all of which are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I definitely feel I have gained a new friend now! She continues to be professional and responsive, keeping me updated and reassuring me when I'm not so sure of what is happening. I never thought for one minute that I would buy such a beautiful bespoke home online. I very much doubt this would have been possible without all of this help and understanding. Thank you for the flowers and the gift, the chocolates lasted about 5 minutes before they were gone!
