Can anyone use Chain Breaker?
Chain Breaker is available on selected Owl homes and is subject to eligibility and the circumstances of your property chain. The property we may purchase will also need to meet our criteria. Your Sales Advisor can take a look at your individual situation and let you know whether it could work for your move.
Do I need to speak to the people further down my chain?
We’ll help make the process as straightforward as we can. There will naturally be other people involved, including estate agents and solicitors, but we’ll work with the relevant parties and keep you updated so you know what’s happening along the way.
What’s the difference between Chain Breaker and Part Exchange?
With Part Exchange, Owl Homes may purchase your current home directly from you as part of your move.
Chain Breaker works differently. You’ve already sold your home, but a problem further down the property chain is putting that sale at risk. We may be able to purchase the property where the chain has broken to help keep your move on track.
What happens if Chain Breaker isn’t suitable for my chain?
