WE HAVE OPENED THE DOORS TO OUR LATEST SHOWHOME IN HONEYBOURNE

31st July 2023

One of Worcestershire’s most attractive and characterful villages, Honeybourne offers the very best of town and country living. With an active local community and enviable position on the gateway to the Cotswold Area of Natural Beauty, Honeybourne ensures something for aspiring homeowners from all lifestyles, from first time buyers and young couples to growing families or those looking to downsize. On the village’s northern edge is where you’ll find Whitworth Gardens, a contemporary collection of 60 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom new homes.

We recently opened the doors to the Wilson, our five bedroom showhome, which features an open plan kitchen / family / diner, separate study and generous sized bedrooms. The traditional scheme features panelling, textured wallpaper and feature lighting, alongside pops of colour such as mustard and hints of blue. It is a timeless design creating warmth and character which fits in perfectly with the local area.

Georgina Shipley, Head of Sales and Marketing says '' I am thrilled to be extending our new homes portfolio into the highly sought after village of Honeybourne. I am pleased to share that homes are already selling extremely well, and we have already received such positive feedback on our recent showhome launch. We look forward to welcoming our purchasers into their beautiful new homes over the next few months.''

Steve Hird, Director at Edward Thomas Interiors says '' We designed the Wilson to have the feel of a luxury country hotel, somewhere elegant and aspirational yet instantly welcoming. The colour palette takes inspiration from the surrounding countryside and features a sage green and taupe base with ochre accents. Materials include natural woods, rattan and bamboo alongside foliage and botanical print wallpapers to invoke connections with nature. On the ground floor, focal points for the family to gather around include a log burner in the kitchen/diner and a bespoke, upcycled media unit in the living room.

Younger house hunters will be pleased to discover two playfully themed bedrooms. One is styled for a bookworm and includes a striking wallpaper depicting a shelf of classic books while the other is styled for twins or siblings with a Paddington bear theme complete with knitted marmalade sandwiches! ''

We look forward to welcoming you Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm.
